All Sales Final

  • All purchases made through our online store are final sale.

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason other than those described below.


Exceptions – Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

To qualify:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at raga.ratna1@gmail.com.

  2. Provide your order number, photos, and the opening video showing the condition of the package and contents.

  3. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  4. We will confirm eligibility and provide instructions,  and the address to send your package.

  5. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Mandatory Opening Video

  • Recording an opening/unboxing video is mandatory for all orders.

  • Please record the package being opened immediately upon delivery.

  • This video may be required to support any claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.


Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and quality reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable under all circumstances:

  • Imitation jewelry worn on the body

  • Sale or clearance items
